Zoom & Google Meet Integration

Automatically generate unique Zoom or Google Meet links for every booking so guests always have a way to join.

Video conferencing is essential for remote meetings. Meetlr integrates with Zoom and Google Meet to automatically generate unique meeting links for every booking, eliminating the manual step of creating and sharing links.

Connecting Zoom

Navigate to Settings > Integrations and click Connect Zoom. Sign in to your Zoom account and authorize Meetlr. Once connected, you can select Zoom as the location for any event. Each new booking will automatically generate a unique Zoom meeting room with its own join link.

Using Google Meet

If you have connected your Google Calendar, Google Meet is available as a location option automatically. Select Google Meet as the event location and Meetlr generates a unique Meet link for each booking. The link is added to both the calendar event and the confirmation email.

How Auto-Generation Works

When a guest completes a booking:

  1. Meetlr creates a new video conference room on the selected platform
  2. The join link is added to the calendar event for both you and the guest
  3. The confirmation email includes a prominent Join Meeting button
  4. Reminder emails also include the meeting link for easy access

Choosing Between Platforms

Each event can use a different video platform. You might use Google Meet for quick check-ins and Zoom for longer workshops. Set the location per event when creating or editing it.

Tips

  • Test your video integration by creating a sample booking and verifying the link works
  • If you use Zoom's waiting room feature, mention it in your event description so guests know what to expect
  • Include instructions for guests who may not have the video app installed, such as the option to join via browser
  • For group events, ensure your Zoom plan supports the number of attendees you expect
