Meetlr provides an online scheduling and appointment booking platform that allows users to share their availability, accept bookings, and manage meetings. The Service includes calendar integrations, video conferencing integrations, and payment processing capabilities.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must:
- Create an account with accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Promptly update your account information if it changes
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

Meetlr is not responsible for disputes between users regarding payments for services rendered through bookings.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Meetlr and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
8. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create through the Service (such as event type descriptions, booking pages, etc.). By posting content, you grant Meetlr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content as necessary to provide the Service.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEETLR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
