The Outlook Calendar integration connects Meetlr to your Microsoft calendar ecosystem. Whether you use a personal Outlook.com account or a corporate Microsoft 365 setup, the integration provides full two-way sync and conflict detection.
Connecting Your Account
Go to Settings > Integrations and click Connect Outlook Calendar. Sign in with your Microsoft credentials. For personal accounts, this is your Outlook.com or Hotmail login. For corporate accounts, use your organizational email. Approve the permissions and you are connected.
Enterprise Configuration
Corporate Microsoft 365 accounts may require admin consent before individual users can connect Meetlr. If you see an "Admin approval required" message, your IT administrator needs to approve Meetlr in the Azure Active Directory admin center. Provide your IT team with the app details shown on the authorization screen.
Two-Way Sync
Like the Google integration, Outlook sync works in both directions. Meetlr bookings create events on your Outlook calendar, and existing Outlook events block availability on your Meetlr booking page. The sync runs automatically and in near real-time.
Conflict Detection Across Calendars
If you maintain multiple Outlook calendars, enable each one for conflict checking in the integration settings. Meetlr reads all enabled calendars when determining which time slots to show as available to guests.
Working with Teams
If your organization uses Microsoft Teams for meetings, the Outlook integration works alongside the Teams integration. When you set an event's location to Microsoft Teams, Meetlr generates a Teams meeting link and includes it in both the calendar event and the booking confirmation email.
Tips
- For enterprise setups, work with your IT team to whitelist Meetlr before attempting to connect
- Enable all work and personal Outlook calendars for comprehensive conflict detection
- Test the integration by creating a booking and verifying it appears in Outlook
