Your availability schedule determines which time slots appear on your booking page. By setting your weekly hours, you ensure guests can only book during times you are actually available.
Accessing Your Schedule
Navigate to Availability in the left sidebar. You will see your default schedule with each day of the week listed. Click on any day to configure its hours.
Setting Hours for Each Day
For each day of the week, you can:
- Enable or disable the day — Toggle a day off if you do not work that day. Disabled days show no available slots.
- Set start and end times — Define when your bookable window opens and closes. For example, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Add multiple time blocks — Split your day into segments with breaks in between. Click Add Time Block to create a second window, such as 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM with a lunch break.
Time Blocks and Breaks
Use multiple time blocks per day to build in breaks. For example, if you take lunch from noon to 1 PM, set two blocks: morning (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM) and afternoon (1:00 PM – 5:00 PM). The gap between blocks is automatically treated as unavailable.
Timezone
Your schedule is based on the timezone set in your account settings. Guests see available times converted to their own timezone automatically. Make sure your timezone is correct under Settings > Profile to avoid confusion.
Applying to Events
Your default schedule applies to all events unless you assign a different schedule. If some events have different hours — for example, coaching calls only in the mornings — create additional schedules and assign them per event.
Tips
- Leave buffer time at the start and end of your day for preparation
- Block off lunch and breaks to avoid burnout from back-to-back meetings
- Review your schedule periodically as your routines change
- Use date overrides for one-time changes instead of modifying your weekly schedule
