Your account settings control how you appear to guests and how Meetlr handles your schedule. Keeping these settings accurate is important for a professional booking experience.
Accessing Account Settings
Click Settings in the left sidebar, then select Profile. This page shows all your account information and allows you to make changes.
Display Name
Your display name appears on your public booking page, in confirmation emails, and on calendar events. Make sure it matches how you want clients to see you — whether that is your full name, a nickname, or your business name.
Email Address
Your email address is used for login, notifications, and as the sender address for booking emails. If you need to change it, update it here and verify the new address through the confirmation email Meetlr sends.
Timezone
Your timezone setting is critical. It determines how your availability is displayed and how booking times are calculated. If your timezone is wrong, you could end up with meetings at unexpected times. Verify this is set to your actual timezone under Settings > Profile > Timezone.
Password
If you registered with email, you can change your password from the profile settings page. Click Change Password, enter your current password, and set a new one. If you signed up with Google OAuth, password management is handled through your Google account.
Profile Photo
Upload or update your profile photo from the settings page. This photo appears on your booking page and helps build trust with new clients. Use a high-quality, professional headshot for the best impression.
Tips
- Double-check your timezone, especially if you travel frequently or have recently moved
- Use a consistent display name across all your professional platforms
- Update your profile photo at least once a year to keep it current
- Enable two-factor authentication if available for additional security
