Meetlr offers a generous free plan and premium tiers for users who need advanced features. The billing section lets you manage your subscription, payment methods, and invoices.
Accessing Billing
Navigate to Settings > Billing in the left sidebar. This page shows your current plan, usage, and payment information.
Available Plans
Meetlr's plans are designed to grow with you:
- Free — Unlimited event types, calendar sync, booking page, email notifications, and basic analytics
- Pro — Everything in Free plus custom branding, advanced integrations, priority support, and detailed analytics
- Team — Everything in Pro plus multi-user support, team scheduling, permissions, and shared resources
Upgrading Your Plan
Click Upgrade on the billing page to see available plans. Select the plan that fits your needs and enter your payment information. Your upgrade takes effect immediately and you get access to the new features right away. Billing is prorated, so you only pay for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
Downgrading
If you need to downgrade, click Change Plan and select a lower tier. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to premium features until then. Review which features you will lose before confirming.
Payment Methods
Add or update your payment method under the Payment Methods section. Meetlr accepts major credit cards. Your card information is securely stored by the payment processor and is never stored on Meetlr's servers.
Invoices
View and download past invoices from the Invoice History section. Each invoice includes the billing period, amount charged, and payment method used. These are useful for accounting and expense tracking.
Tips
- Start with the free plan and upgrade only when you need premium features
- Review your plan annually to ensure you are on the right tier for your usage
- Keep your payment method up to date to avoid service interruptions
- Download invoices monthly for your business records
