Embedding your Meetlr booking calendar on your website lets visitors book meetings without navigating away. This keeps the experience seamless and professional, reducing drop-off between your site and the booking process.
Getting the Embed Code
Open the event you want to embed from the Events page. Click the 3-dot menu on the event card and select Embed. Meetlr displays the embed code — an iframe snippet you can paste into any HTML page.
Adding to Your Website
Plain HTML
Copy the iframe code and paste it into the HTML of any page on your website. Place it inside a container div for easier styling. The iframe is responsive and adjusts to the width of its parent container.
WordPress
In the WordPress editor, add a Custom HTML block and paste the embed code. If you are using the classic editor, switch to the Text tab and paste it there. Save the page and preview to confirm it renders correctly.
Other Platforms
Most website builders — Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, and others — support custom HTML or embed blocks. Look for an "Embed" or "Custom Code" widget in your page builder and paste the Meetlr code there.
Styling the Embed
The embed inherits some styling from your Meetlr event settings, including your brand colors. You can control the size by adjusting the width and height attributes of the iframe or by styling the parent container with CSS. For a full-width embed, set width to 100 percent.
Tips
- Place the embed on high-traffic pages like your homepage, services page, or contact page
- Test the embed on mobile devices to ensure it is usable on smaller screens
- Use the specific event embed rather than the full booking page if you want to direct visitors to one service
