Boards in Meetlr give you a visual way to organize and track clients, bookings, or any workflow related to your scheduling. Think of them as lightweight kanban boards built right into your scheduling tool.
What Are Boards?
A board is a collection of columns (stages) with cards that can be moved between them. For example, a sales board might have columns like "Lead," "Consultation Booked," "Proposal Sent," and "Closed." Each card represents a client or booking that moves through these stages.
Creating a Board
Navigate to Boards in the left sidebar and click New Board. Give your board a name and description. Add columns by typing their names — you can add as many as you need. Arrange columns by dragging them into the desired order.
Adding Cards
Click Add Card in any column to create a new card. Enter a title, optional description, and any relevant details. You can link cards to contacts from your contact list, associating the card with a specific client. Cards can also have due dates, labels, and assignees if you work with a team.
Moving Cards
Drag and drop cards between columns as they progress through your workflow. The visual layout makes it easy to see where every client or project stands at a glance.
