While the dashboard gives you a quick overview, Meetlr's reports section provides deeper analysis of your scheduling data. Use reports to understand trends, measure the performance of specific events, and make informed decisions about your availability.
Accessing Reports
Navigate to Analytics in the left sidebar and select Reports. The reports section offers several pre-built views as well as custom date range filtering.
Report Types
Booking Volume Report
This report shows how many bookings you received over time, broken down by day, week, or month. Use it to identify your busiest periods, spot seasonal trends, and measure the impact of changes you make to your scheduling setup.
Event Performance Report
See how each event type is performing. Compare total bookings, cancellation rates, and completion rates across all your events. This helps you identify which services are most popular and which might need adjustments.
Client Report
Analyze your client base with metrics like new vs returning clients, average bookings per client, and top clients by booking volume. This is valuable for understanding client retention and identifying your most engaged audience.
Date Range Selection
All reports support custom date ranges. Select a start and end date using the date picker, or use quick presets like "Last 7 Days," "Last 30 Days," "This Month," or "This Year." Comparing different periods helps you measure growth and identify changes.
Exporting Data
Export any report to CSV for further analysis in spreadsheet tools. Click the Export button on any report page to download the data. This is useful for accounting, invoicing, or importing into other business tools.
