The Meetlr dashboard is the first thing you see when you log in. It provides a snapshot of your scheduling activity with key metrics, trends, and your upcoming bookings — everything you need to start your day.
Accessing the Dashboard
Click Dashboard in the left sidebar or click the Meetlr logo to return to the dashboard from anywhere in the app.
Key Metrics
The top section displays summary cards with your most important numbers:
- Total Bookings — The number of bookings in the selected time period
- Upcoming Meetings — Meetings scheduled in the future
- Completed Meetings — Meetings that have taken place
- Cancellation Rate — The percentage of bookings that were cancelled
Booking Trends Chart
Below the summary cards, a line chart shows your booking volume over time. This helps you identify patterns — busy weeks, seasonal trends, or the impact of marketing efforts. Use the date range selector to zoom in on specific periods.
Upcoming Bookings
The dashboard displays your next few upcoming meetings with the guest name, event type, date, and time. Click any booking to view its full details. This gives you an at-a-glance view of what is on your schedule without navigating to the bookings page.
Recent Activity
A feed shows recent booking activity — new bookings, cancellations, and reschedules. This is useful for catching up on what happened while you were away.
Tips
- Check your dashboard at the start of each day to see your upcoming meetings
- Use the trends chart to identify your busiest periods and plan accordingly
- Monitor your cancellation rate and take action if it rises above 10 percent
- The dashboard is your command center — customize the date range to focus on what matters
