Your public booking page is the central place where clients interact with your scheduling. It displays your profile, lists your active events, and guides guests through the booking process step by step.
Page Layout
The booking page is organized into a clean layout:
- Host Info Sidebar — Your profile photo, name, bio, and timezone appear on the left side, establishing trust and context
- Event List — All your active events are displayed as cards in the main area, each showing the event name, duration, and a brief description
The Booking Flow
When a guest clicks on an event, they are taken through a multi-step booking flow:
- Select a Date — A calendar shows available dates based on your schedule
- Choose a Time — Available time slots for the selected date are displayed
- Enter Details — The guest provides their name, email, and answers any custom questions
- Confirmation — A summary is shown and the booking is created
What Guests See
Guests see only active events with available time slots. Past events, inactive events, and fully booked slots are hidden. Times are automatically displayed in the guest's local timezone based on their browser settings, eliminating timezone confusion.
Customization
You can customize the look of your booking page from the Booking Page section in the sidebar. Change your profile photo, update your bio, set brand colors, and upload a logo. These changes take effect immediately on your public page.
Sharing Your Page
Your booking page has a unique URL that you can share anywhere. Find it at the top of the Booking Page settings. This single link gives access to all your public events, making it the ideal link for your email signature, social media profiles, and website.
